Sibyl James has published 13 books of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction (travel memoirs). Her work has been awarded prizes from Artist Trust, and the Seattle, Washington State, and King County Arts Commissions. She has a PhD in English and has taught at colleges in the US, China, Mexico, and--as Fulbright professor--Tunisia and Cote d'Ivoire.
Raquel Mora Vega is a Costa Rican artist. She loves to narrate stories with words and images. She is involved in various projects that promote literacy and community organization in her country. She also illustrated We March for You by Dr. Penny McDonald.
