Michael Hoag has been a life-long gardener, farmer, and now a Permacutlure professional for over 20 years, who has taught the subject at colleges and universities, and in private courses to thousands of students over decades. And as a university education expert who has designed college curricula and taught other teachers to create effective educational programs, he brings a uniquely qualified background to creating a program designed to teach beginners how to have their best garden ever.
Michael grew up farming and helping on a market garden, and has worked on farms and gardens of all scales for 40 years. As a educator he has been a teacher, lecturer, and featured guest speaker at many universities and colleges. He has worked designing curricula and educating teachers at multiple colleges and universities, learning how to design effective educational programs.
